There are so many, to be honest. Definitely were fantastic moments when we took over the #1 positions in our category for

Yahoo! Finance...and when we broadened our lead in the
News category to more than 20% over #2! Also,
Hack Days are always a great time as its so exciting to see the amazing innovations coming from our teams in such a short period of time.
What have you done to be a better Yahoo?
I always try to take the approach as we're all "one Yahoo!" and encourage everyone on my teams to do the same. We've helped other teams find great talent, shared key learnings to common issues, and proactively assisted groups to meet their objectives whereever we can.
Are you able to think big at Yahoo? How?
Yes. We are leading the way on taking Yahoo! Finance to the global community and are working with platform groups.
What specific Yahoo! project has made the biggest impact on you and why?
There have been so many truly impactful projects here at Yahoo!--from launching new properties such as
Yahoo! Personal Finance,
Yahoo! Food, and most recently
Shine (a product aimed at the chief-household officers--busy women who control the majority of purchase decisions) to introducing market-leading innovations to existing products such as Fantasy Football, Finance Charts, Tech Ticker, Video.Yahoo.com, iPhone Apps, etc.
