I constantly listen to feedback from employees on how the HR processes can improve and do my best to address Yahoos concerns.

Are you able to think big at Yahoo? How?

The Internet is still new, allowing for big opportunities. Attracting, developing and engaging the talent that will allow us to take advantage of this allows me to “Think Big”.

What specific Yahoo! project has made the biggest impact on you and why?

Working closely with our executives to strengthen our leadership capabilities has been really important to me. I believe that having strong leadership will have a great impact on Yahoo! making history again.

What made you choose Yahoo! as a place to work?

Yahoo! is part of a great industry, it’s made up of great people, and we’re in a great competitive position to make a huge difference in the Internet space.
