I do it all and that makes me a better man.

Are you able to think big at Yahoo? How?

I am able to think big at Yahoo!. I was a part of the three-man team who won the Yahoo! Futurist contest where we were challenged to look into the future and invent technologies never thought of before.

What specific Yahoo! project has made the biggest impact on you and why?

The project that made the biggest impact on me was when I was lead Visual Designer for the Universal Header. This was a small project with a huge impact. It will be implemented on every Yahoo! Property and has already increased revenue by 40% in search.

What made you choose Yahoo! as a place to work?

I chose Yahoo! because I wanted to work in an environment that rewarded creativity and free thinking.
