Position Overview:
The National Sales Team at Yahoo! HotJobs handles all outside sales to Fortune 1000 corporations and the largest staffing agencies in the United States. It is the responsibility of our National Account Executive team to manage and develop strategic client relationships inside these sectors. These relationships drive targeted jobseekers to our customer’s job postings and leverage customized, strategic media campaigns, including display advertising and search marketing. We sell advertising campaigns on the Yahoo! HotJobs active jobseeker network and also to a passive audience across the Yahoo! Network (Yahoo! Sports, Yahoo! Mail, Yahoo! Entertainment, Yahoo! Groups, etc.). We have National Account Executives in several major markets in the United States, including New York, Atlanta, Washington DC, Chicago, Dallas, LA and San Francisco.
Responsibilities:
· Maximize revenue generation within the largest organizations in the US.
· Educate top employers on the value of HotJobs suite of products.
· Evangelize the value of Yahoo! HotJobs to Fortune-1000 and Staffing customers by capitalizing on the wave of momentum that Yahoo! HotJobs has seen over the past year (42% increase in traffic, year over year).
Job Requirements:
- 5-7 years of consultative outside sales experience
- Proven track record inside the internet recruitment industry preferred
- 2-3 years of direct media sales and/or search marketing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills – a must.
- BA or BS required
- Dynamic and motivated individual who is interested in playing an integral role in our continued growth.
