Favourite Moment(s):
After a hard day's work, I love to play table tennis in the Yahoo break areas in the evenings. We have some awesome players here, and I find it rejuvenating!

What have you done to be a better Yahoo?
I believe that sweet success comes only when you work as a team, and I strive to promote that through all my actions and words.what we call "One Yahoo!". I like to bring a lot of energy and enthusiasm to what we do and that has a positive effect on the team I am working with.

Are you able to think big at Yahoo? How?
Yahoo! is truly an idea factory with brilliant people all around. I keep bouncing ideas off of all the crazy minds here-trying to build on it bit by bit, by creating a prototype or a thought model if the scope is really big. Once the core ideas are cemented, it opens up the doors for many more. For me, the key to innovation is the ability to keep motivating many sharp minds to imagine the impossible and keep building the ideas as a collaborative exercise.

What specific Yahoo project has made the biggest impact on you and why?
Data is the hidden gem at Yahoo!. As Yahoo!'s Data and Analytics (DNA) division, we have the charter to build one of the largest analytics solutions on the planet, meaningfully impacting our business through data-driven decision making or by powering customer experience directly using these data insights. Seeing our analytics product, Digits, go live in its first version earlier this year and immediately having a massive impact on the company was just thrilling. It strengthened our beliefs that we could work wonders with data, and also opened up the ever-widening scope to innovate when you have brilliant minds at work.

What made you choose Yahoo as a place to work?
I love to see life at work as an enjoyable experience which morphs into a great career when we look back later in life. Yahoo provides just that opportunity
